Inspire 2 / Ysbrydoli i

Blaenau Gwent have a scheme to support young people who are not in education or work NEET. This was one of the more challenging projects I have been involved in, but also the most rewarding.

 

The proposal was to develop an 'Inspire' logo in partnership with the young people, the logo was then used on all 'Inspire' platforms including online and print, and become a recognisable brand of the 'Inspire Operations'. By involving the young people in the process it reflected the ethos of the 'Inspire' brand, which is about recognising young people's potential, and empowering them through involving them to reach that potential, and then meet the goals of reducing NEET.

 

The project deliverables were to produce a main 'Inspire 2' logo and branding, and the 'Inspire 2 Achieve' and 'Inspire 2 Work' sub brands. Two workshops were held with groups of young people to develop the brand direction, and the young people were involved in the branding and design process throughout the project.

 

Final deliverables included all logo files, stationery, online assets, posters, print and online design templates plus full brand guidelines. All work was fully bilingual.
